We come to you
You do not have to get a bicycle into a car, or give up a Saturday to a workshop across town. A mechanic comes to your building, does the work there, and you carry on with your day.
No call-out fee. Minimum AED 120 for a mobile visit.
How it works
We quote before we come
A fixed price for the work, agreed before anyone gets in a van. If we cannot tell from the photo, we say so rather than guessing.
We fix it at your door
Most jobs are done in one visit, at your building. Work that genuinely needs a bench gets collected and returned.
Step two is the one worth reading twice. The usual arrangement in Dubai is that a mechanic arrives, inspects, and quotes once he is already standing in your car park — by which point saying no is awkward. We would rather do the awkward part over WhatsApp, before either of us has spent the afternoon on it.
What we can do at your door
Most of it. The van carries a workstand, a torque wrench and the parts that fail most often.

What has to go to the bench
A few jobs need equipment that does not travel. We collect and return the bike for these rather than pretending otherwise.
- Bearing pressing and frame preparation
- Wheel building from scratch
- Hydraulic systems needing a full bleed rig
- Anything on a frame we suspect is cracked
Collection and return is free when you book the work with it.
Where we go
Dubai. We would rather cover one city properly than claim the whole country and then quote you an hour of travel. If you are outside Dubai, message us anyway — we will tell you honestly whether it is worth it.
