Tell us what the bike is doing
A photo and one line about the problem is usually enough for us to tell you the likely cause and the price. You are not booking anything by asking.
What to send
- A photo of the problem area. Close enough to see the part, far enough to see where it sits on the bike.
- What it does and when. "Skips when I pedal hard" tells us far more than "gears are broken".
- Roughly how long since its last service, and where the bike is stored. Balcony or indoors genuinely changes the answer.
- Your area in Dubai. So we can tell you when we can get there.
Where we cover
Dubai. We cover one city properly rather than claiming the whole country and then quoting an hour of travel. Outside Dubai, ask anyway and we will give you a straight answer.
Not sure what is wrong?
Start with the symptom pages: pick what the bike is doing and they will tell you the usual causes, how to tell them apart, and what each fix costs. Several of them end with "nothing is wrong", which is sometimes the right answer.
