We pick it up and bring it back
Some work belongs on a bench. When it does, the bike does not need to be your problem to move — we collect it, do the job properly, and return it to the same door.
Free both ways when you book the work with it. Elsewhere in Dubai collection is typically AED 50.
How it works
We collect it
From your building, your office or your parking bay. You do not need to be there if someone can hand it over, and you do not need a car.
It comes back done
Back to the same address, at a time you pick. If the work changes once it is on the bench, you hear the new price before we do it.
Book the repair and the collection costs nothing, in either direction. We have never understood the arrangement where collection is quoted one way and the return turns up as a second line on the invoice.
When collection is the right call
Mostly when the job needs a machine that does not fit in a van.
- Wheel building, or a wheel too far gone to true at the door
- Bearing pressing — headsets, bottom brackets, hubs
- A full hydraulic bleed on a system that has aired badly
- Anything on a frame we suspect is cracked
- A complete overhaul, where the bike is stripped to the frame
- You have no lift access, or nowhere a workstand can go
When it is not
If a mechanic can finish the job at your door in the time it would take to load the bike, moving it is a wasted trip for both of us. These are quicker as a mobile visit.
- A puncture, a tube, or a tyre swap
- Brake or gear adjustment
- Anything already quoted as a single small job
Where we collect from
Dubai. Home, office, building store room or parking level — wherever the bike actually lives. If you are outside Dubai, message us anyway and we will tell you honestly whether the trip is worth it.
